This Privacy Policy regulates the use by Omni Telemetry of the personal information you provide when using this website. It is to be read in conjunction with the Website Terms of Use.

If you would to work with us

We collect personal data if you apply for a position by completing the online Application Form in the “Careers” section of the website and/or when you submit your CV to us. We will use this information together with information that we obtain from other sources to assess your suitability for employment with us and may share this information with any member of Omni Telemetry’s group companies for these purposes. Certain information on the application form is optional, namely date of birth, gender, ethnic group, whether you consider yourself to have a disability and information about your religious background. If you provide this information, it will be used solely for equal opportunities monitoring. By providing this data, you consent to your sensitive personal data about your disability, ethnic origin and religious background being used for this purpose. If your application is successful, we will use your information for personnel administration and management purposes including carrying out appropriate criminal records checks and financial checks. We will ask you to provide sensitive personal data about any unspent convictions for these purposes. You will be asked to provide documentation of your eligibility to work in the UK at this stage to ensure that we comply with our obligation to make basic checks under the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996. If your application is unsuccessful, we will keep record of your information for 12 months in case other vacancies arise which we think may be of interest to you, unless you have indicated otherwise on your application form. We will also keep record of your information for 12 months to check whether you have applied for a particular position before.

Your Right and Withdrawal of your Application
